Gather around and I’ll tell you about our new Reader of the Month. This time the spotlight shines on Bev Samuelson, a widowed lady who lives in town and reads two books a week.

Bev is a mother of two.  Her son lives in Minnesota, and her daughter lives in Alabama. Bev is a Grandmother of six –  three boys and three girls.

Jean:  When did you start reading?

Bev:  When I got tired of sewing.  My first interest in reading also began when the Library opened up in 1968.

Jean:  What is your favorite subject of books?

Bev:  I read anything and everything.  My favorite is Historical Christian Fiction.  The less smut, the better.

Jean:  How do you keep track of what books you’ve read?

Bev:  I write down what I have read, into a notebook, and I now have three notebooks of books that I have read.
