Dutton American Legion Freeborn Post 64 would like to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for the overwhelming support from the community of Dutton for our fundraiser known as "the feather party."
A special thank you for the following chili cooks: Jack Becker, Jack Dugan, Susan Fleshman, Vicki Maurer and Rick Johnson. Also a Thank You to Greg Habel for the donation of the hamburger and Margaret Dominy for all the hard work on the posters. Another special thank you for the donations by the Dutton Insurance Agency, the Becker Insurance Agency, and for the large donation from Rick Johnson.
There were too many volunteers to name, all of whom worked very hard to make this event fun and profitable for the post. And last but not least, thanks to the Ladies Auxiliary for all the good corn bread and deserts.
This kind of outpouring of generosity is what makes us proud to live in this community. Once again: thank you from the Legionnaires of Post 64.
